Mike Wagner Heritage Award - Rehabilitation/Adaptive Reuse

City of Kitchener

Recognizes commitment to the conservation of Kitchener's cultural heritage resources. Awarded for the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of a former rubber factory which took a complex of vacant derelict buildings and transformed them into a unique urban office environment thus contributing to the conservation of Kitchener's industrial built heritage.
